Day 2: Kampala – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After your calmly breakfast in the morning, you will be driven off at Kajansi Airfield for a domestic flight to Western Uganda. Your aircraft is programmed to leave at 08.30 hr and expected arrival time is 10.30 hr at Kihihi Airstrip. From here you will be transferred by road to your hotel and enjoy a yummy lunch. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to relax and prepare yourself for the next day. Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Camp (FB)

Day 3: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park After your breakfast, you will be taken to the park headquarters for briefing about the whole hike. After the briefing you will set off through the forest in search for the humble giant primates and the chances of seeing them is high.

However if you encounter the Giant apes you will spend some time with them and never will you regret whichever efforts. After spending one hour with the Gorillas, you will depart back to you lodge. Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Camp.(FB)

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast we depart with our packed lunch from Bwindi and head to Lake Bunyonyi which is a three-hour drive to this place known as (“Lake of the little birds”). The volcanic lake is bilharzia-free and safe for swimming and canoeing. Optional activities at/from the island are; walking, jogging, cycling, Bird Watching, Cultural and Historical tours, Canoeing and boat rides. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Safari Resort. (FB)

Day 5: Lake Bunyonyi – Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National Park, one of Uganda’s smallest parks, but certainly not to be underestimated. It is the only Ugandan national park (besides Kidepo Valley NP) which is home to Zebra, Eland and Impala, as well as an abundance of other wildlife – not to mention the lake itself, which is teeming with Hippos and Crocodiles! You will stay just outside the park boundaries, but it will feel like being in the middle of the park. From your verandah and restaurant you have a great view over the park and its wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Rwakobo Rock (FB).

Day6: Lake Mburo – Kampala

After late breakfast at the lodge, you will drive back to Kampala or Entebbe (Airport) stopping at the equator for the requisite snapshot and a bit of souvenir shopping. Accommodation for tonight is not inclusive in the program. If you wish to depart tonight from Entebbe Airport, make sure your flight is at 10 pm or later.
