Day 1: Kampala – Kibale National Park – Chimpanzee Tracking.
Day 2: Kibale National Park – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Day 3: Gorilla Tracking
Day 4: Bwindi – Kampala
Day One: Drive to Fort portal /Chimpanzee tracking. In the morning after breakfast, you will head to western Uganda through Mubende to reach Fort portal in afternoon. You will have lunch and then drive off to the park headquarters for chimpanzee tracking.
During the walk you will stop to listen to chimpanzee calls such that you may get the direction in which to go. After some time you will encounter the chimpanzees, and spend an hour with them as you watch them play, walk, and feed. Diner and overnight at Rwenzori View guest house.
Day Two: Drive to Bwindi.
Early in the morning after breakfast you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. Have a stopover for Lunch on the way as you stand a high chance of sporting the Ishasha Tree climbing lions. The journey will take you through farms, homesteads and lots of banana plantations to reach in the afternoon. You may go for a walk in the surrounding communities (This is optional). Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Camp.
Day Three: Gorilla Tracking.
After your breakfast, you will be taken to the park headquarters for briefing about the whole hike. After the briefing you will set off through the forest in search for the humble giant primates and the chances of seeing them is high. However if you encounter the Giant apes you will spend some time with them and never will you regret whichever efforts.
After spending one hour with the Gorillas, you will depart back to you lodge. Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara camp.
Day Four: Drive back to Kampala.
After breakfast drive back to Kampala and have a break through on the way for lunch and stop by the Equator for photographs then reach in the evening.
